The Telephony Toolbar is a software application for Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Internet Explorer, or Mozilla
Firefox and can be used to configure calling features such as do-not-disturb and call forward, and can also be used
for a wide variety of click to call features. The Telephony Toolbar complements the Web Portal and allows users
easy access to often used calling features.

The Call Center feature enables business groups to set up an informal call center with incoming calls
distributed among a group of users, or agents. Incoming calls that cannot be answered immediately are
queued and the caller listens to music or your personalized message until the call can be handled. No
answer and overflow policies can be setup to direct callers to another destination when the group is unable
to accept calls.

Zayo Managed Services Fax-to-Email (vFax) service automatically converts received faxes into a TIFF
formatted image which in turn is delivered to an end-user’s email inbox. Users are given a unique vFax
number. When anyone sends a fax to this vFax number, it is converted into a TIFF file and is attached to a
standard email message that is delivered to the user's email account. The fax image can be opened, read,
printed, stored, or forwarded via email to another user.
